At Ge’Gard Wellness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you face any issue with our product, you can request a replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To initiate a refund or replacement, simply contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Please share your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue to help us process your request quickly.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in good condition. Once we verify the issue, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement at the earliest.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days. Please note that actual crediting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us, such as wrong or damaged items. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping cost.

Ge’Gard Wellness reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product is returned in used or damaged condition, or if the request is made after the 3-day window.
